The registration number is: 008-995 NPO.
It is mandatory that the audited figures be presented to the department annually.
All financial statements are audited annually by R W Irish – Alliot Inc.
Standard Bank South Africa is the bank for each of our different projects, each of which runs a separate set of books and has a separate banking account. There are three signatories for all of the banking accounts.
A minimum of two of the following three signatories per cheque are required:
- Gail Johnson – Executive
- Dolorah Fredericks – Non-Executive
- Heather Davidson – Financial Manager
